Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving payment confirmation.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
- Orders may take longer to process during high-demand periods, such as holidays or special promotions.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times vary based on the selected shipping method:
- Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States and Canada. At this time, we do not offer international shipping beyond these regions.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- Please allow up to 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
Shipping Carriers
We partner with reputable carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS to ensure reliable delivery. The carrier used for your order will be based on your shipping address and selected shipping method.
Shipping Issues & Lost Packages
- If your package is lost or delayed, please first check your tracking details.
- If you have not received your package within 10 days of the estimated delivery date, contact our support team at marketing@bluberi.com for assistance.
- Bluberi is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If this occurs, we recommend checking with neighbors or filing a claim with the shipping provider.
Address Changes & Order Modifications
- Once an order has been placed, we are unable to modify shipping addresses or change order details. Please ensure all information is correct before completing your purchase.
- If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional shipping fees may apply).
Returns & Exchanges
- We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange a replacement.
